By using Regfo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Regfo is a regulatory intelligence tool, not a regulatory advisor. All analysis is informational only. Always consult a qualified regulatory professional before making submission decisions.

1. The Service

  • Regfo is an AI-powered tool that analyzes preclinical study reports against ICH and FDA regulatory guidelines. The service provides compliance scores, gap analysis, and recommendations.
  • Regfo provides regulatory intelligence and informational analysis only. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or professional consulting.
  • You must always consult a qualified regulatory professional before making submission decisions. Regfo is a tool to assist your workflow, not a replacement for professional judgment.

2. No Warranties

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the compliance analysis is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Regulatory requirements change frequently, and AI analysis may contain errors.
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Any reliance on the analysis, scores, or recommendations provided by Regfo is at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regfo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  • This includes, without limitation: regulatory delays, rejected submissions, clinical holds, financial losses, or any damages resulting from decisions made based on Regfo analysis.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

5. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all documents you upload to Regfo.
  • By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the service (AI extraction, compliance analysis).
  • You represent that you have the right to upload the documents and that they do not violate any third-party rights.
  • We do not claim ownership of your documents or the analysis results generated from them.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, algorithms, or data.
  • You may not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service.
  • You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

7. AI Disclaimer

  • Regfo uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini) to process documents and generate analysis. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading results.
  • The compliance scores, gap analysis, and recommendations are generated algorithmically and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before any action is taken.
  • We continuously improve our analysis engine, but we cannot guarantee that all regulatory requirements are covered or correctly interpreted.

8. Regulatory Scope and HIPAA

  • Regfo analyzes preclinical study reports (animal and laboratory data) against published ICH and FDA guidelines. The service is designed for preclinical and nonclinical regulatory intelligence only.
  • Regfo is not a HIPAA covered entity. The service is not designed to process, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) or individually identifiable patient data.
  • You must not upload documents containing patient-level clinical data, personal health records, or any data subject to HIPAA, HITECH, or equivalent health data protection regulations.
  • If you require HIPAA-compliant document processing, do not use Regfo for that purpose.

9. Pricing and Payment

  • Free tier users are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the service.
  • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
